Hey, I'm Cecilia!
I am a mother and an athlete and it is my passion to help women find joy in movement by helping them feel strong and comfortable in their own skin.

Welcome to the #MightyMomMovement!
As a life-long athlete, I have always liked the feeling of a great workout.
After I became a mom 10 years ago and then again 2 years after, things felt different… not knowing how to safely get back to the exercise I so much needed, I decided to educate myself to further understand the transformative process I was going through.
Being a certified personal trainer and pregnancy and postpartum fitness coach, I have now trained hundreds of women during their pregnancies or at some stage of their postpartum recovery and beyond; helping them successfully achieve their fitness goals.
As a mother of two young kids, I understand the struggle of fitting exercise into your busy life but I also have to emphasize the huge benefit it brings to make the time for it… and I am here to help you make it as easy as possible to do it in a safe, enjoyable and challenging way.
Throughout my years of working with the prenatal and postpartum population, I have helped moms with diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, C-section recovery, low back pain and more.
I have also helped women overcome their fear of working out with arthritis, plantar fasciitis, after a hysterectomy, even after turning 70! After all… once post-partum, you are always postpartum!!
(P.S… you don’t have to be a mom to train with me)
Cecilia is a Certified Personal Trainer, Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness Coach and Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach. She has completed many ongoing education courses and is committed to constantly uplevelling her education to provide the best support possible for her clients.
“I want to feel I am doing everything I can to show my girls that it is ok to have big dreams and goals, that women are strong even after having kids, and that exercise should be fun and enjoyable.”
Each pregnancy and birthing experience is unique. I had a Cesarian and a VBAC and I can tell you, that even when both birth experiences happened without complications, each one came with different challenges.
I wish I had someone to guide me through my diastasis and helped me understand that “slowing down” is OK… there are seasons in life for everything, and letting your body heal and recover, is essential for a healthy postpartum life.
I am now stronger than ever before and I am doing all the things I love… running, skiing, mountain biking, lifting, coaching gymnastics… living an active life with my family!
There is nothing like working with a trainer that knows and understands what you are going through.
So what are you waiting for…?
